So enamored, he writes his own story of Alice, and is aided by Alice Arisugawa, a high school girl who possess the power to unlock the secret in one's heart thus turning it into a book. <p><b>Eternal Alice Volume #1 Summary </b>: One night, Aruto encounters a girl with the gift of flight, who is the spitting image of Alice of the classic story. He follows her to a library where he finds her dueling with another girl. When Alice defeats the girl in a surprise attack and turns her heart into a book, Aruto feels sorry for the girl and copies the book into his own and asks Alice to return the book to the girl. Amused by his ability, Alice decides to work with Aruto to find the “Eternal Alice.” And the adventure begins! </p>
